5.Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WHAT can be returned?
Items can be returned if un used and in original packaging. Items must be returned in a re sellable condition.
Electrical items are not returnable.
Restocking Fee
-If a item needs to be returned and it at buyer’s fault (not faulty), a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
-A 20% restocking fee will be applied when the item/s returned for the following reason/s is:
-No longer needed/wanted
-Bought by mistake
If it is not returned in the same condition as it was sold. there will not be any amount refunded.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Must be returned within 21days of sale.
HOW do customers return items?

-Goods returned without a return authority number will not be accepted.
Damages
-Damage claims can be placed up to 24 hours after the reciept of the goods. Any Claims after this time will be refused.
Parts Warranty
-Most Parts are covered by that manufacturers parts warranty conditions* When Claiming warranty on a faulty item, please contact us with-
-Copy of reciept of fitment by Licenced Techinican.(Auto Parts)
Vehicle VIN
-Odometer reading when Fitted.
-Odometer reading when Failure.
-We will then process the warranty claim.
-Labour Replacement costs or re fitment charges are not covered under parts warranty.
SHIPPING for returns?
Return shipping is at buyers expenses and no shipping charges will be refunded
CREDIT for returns?
Refund will be by the same method of paymant as the orginal purchase such as Paypal, Bank deposit ect
Packing materials?
Goods must be returned in original un-opened packaging.
Goods must be recieved back in a re-sellable condition
